Founded in the 1970s by Dr. Phil Wegmann, Dr. Wade Farmer joined the practice in 1994. Nearly 20 years later, Dr. Farmer took over the practice as sole practitioner, committed to providing the same high quality care first offered by Dr. Wegmann and his team. We utilize the most up-to-date dental technology to ensure you receive modern, thorough dental care. Our practice offers both cosmetic and general dental treatments for patients of every age.

From our beginning, the team at Farmer’s Family Dental has been dedicated to serving individuals and families from Lancaster, WI, and surrounding communities. Two of our staff members have been with us since its inception! As a locally owned and operated practice, we are committed to providing big city dentistry with a small-town feel.
